AMALIE ARENA MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS
This is a collection of projects I’ve undertaken during my time at Amalie Arena with Delaware North and Oak View Group.
While my official job title was Information Technology Operations Specialist, and eventually Assistant IT Manager, my unique skills with Digital Design were quickly recognized and put to use to help enhance the guest experience in the arena.
I have served as a designer for numerous concession stands throughout the arena, overseeing menu board redesigns and evolving concepts. I also spearheaded the integration of animated GIFs on POS screens, enhancing the guest experience with added flair, detail, and improved support.
