We are proud to announce the successful launch of two brand new market locations, the Tampa Bay Market and the Ybor City Market. These openings represent a significant step forward in our ongoing mission to deliver convenience, innovation, and efficiency for our guests and staff.
Between the two new locations, we have deployed a total of 30 advanced self-checkout kiosks. These kiosks not only streamline the checkout process, but also empower our guests with the flexibility to shop and pay on their own terms. By creating a modern, self-service environment, we’re able to reduce wait times, enhance the customer journey, and offer a more seamless retail experience across our facilities.
This expansion reflects our dedication to combining technology and service in a way that improves day-to-day operations while meeting the evolving expectations of today’s consumers.
A Smarter Vending Department
Alongside the launch of our new markets, we have also transformed our vending department by transitioning entirely to handheld Castle devices. This change represents a major upgrade in how we manage and deliver vending services. The new devices enable more accurate tracking, faster transactions, and improved reliability for both our team members and the guests they serve.
By standardizing our vending operations with this technology, we’ve gained the flexibility to better allocate resources, increase efficiency, and ultimately ensure that our staff can provide the highest level of support possible.
